Sustainable Learning Academy
At Fundación Coimpacto B, we believe that knowledge becomes powerful when it is shared, lived and used to improve life in community.
Through our academy, we strengthen personal, technical, and collective skills
So that rural and indigenous communities can create their own pathways to wellbeing, sustainability and longterm opportunity.
For us, learning is not only about receiving information, it is about transforming realities with purpose.
We connect ancestral wisdom with practical, creative, and innovative tools that help people design real solutions, care for their territory, and build resilient livelihoods.
We develop in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning journeys that blend personal development, leadership, community empowerment, and practical action.
We evaluate our impact, continuously improve, and design our own educational materials to ensure learning that is meaningful, useful, and replicable across territories.

Results that guide our purpose
Our academy accompanies learning and capacity-building processes that strengthen communities not only academically and productively, but also personally and collectively.
After reaching diverse territories with context-based programs, we are proud to see results that inspire us to continue growing.
The Sustainable Learning Academy continues to grow and move forward with three ongoing training processes:
A Finance for Life & Purpose program developed in partnership with CaixaBank (Spain) and directed toward entrepreneurs from different regions of Colombia; a community-based tourism training initiative focused on environmental, culinary, and financial skill-building in rural territories in partnership with Hocol; and a leadership and creative entrepreneurship program for Embera Indigenous women in Bogotá, focused on leadership, financial literacy, product design, and market access, in partnership with the Bogotá City Government.
Our Courses and Programs
1. Boosting Sales, Strengthening Purpose
This program enhanced the commercial and strategic skills of community entrepreneurs by providing practical tools to improve sales, strengthen business models, connect purpose with commercial planning, and promote longterm sustainability for their productive initiatives.

2. Aquaponics for Community Development
This program combines technical aquaponics training with leadership and sustainability education to develop circular production systems using fish and plants. We promote locally driven solutions for food security, climate adaptation, and community-led replication through hands-on learning and intergenerational collaboration.

3. Voices of Leadership & Social Dialogue
We strengthen rural and Indigenous leadership through dialogue, peaceful conflict management, and collective peacebuilding. With an intercultural approach, we promote territorial influence and collaboration, integrating Inner Development Goals as a guide to transform, co-create, and
weave sustainable futures.

4. Finance for Life & Purpose
We promote collective financial education as a pathway to autonomy, inclusion, and community wellbeing through planning, saving, and responsible credit practices. Together, we strengthen ACAPS (Community Savings and Loan
Associations) as solidarity-based financial models that boost local governance and sustainability.
In partnership with Credimpacto, these groups receive guidance, rotating asset funds, commercialization support, and project strengthening.
5. Selling With Purpose in the Digital World
We strengthen digital skills so community entrepreneurs can improve their livelihoods by learning how to promote their products, expand sales channels, and position purpose-driven initiatives in online markets, supporting economic autonomy, visibility, and long-term sustainability.
6. Administrative and Legal Skills for Community Leaders
We strengthen community-based organizations by providing practical tools in legal and administrative management, as well as organizational sustainability. Through training and
personalized support, we help build solid structures, transparent processes, and a culture of legality that supports autonomous, responsible, and purpose-driven models of community leadership.
7. Project Development and Management for Community Organizations
This program provided key tools for community leaders and organizations to strengthen their skills in project design, implementation, and evaluation with a social and territorial approach. Through hands-on learning, participants structured viable, sustainable initiatives aligned with the impact they aspire to create within their communities.
8. Accounting and Financial Management for Communities
We strengthen basic accounting and financial management skills to support clear, organized and responsible community finance practices.
This includes income and expense tracking, document organization and reporting processes that foster transparency, sustainability and collective trust in community-led projects.
